It took me while to work out how to make blogger and picasa work in sync. It was frustrating, but now I think I got the hang of it.
Today I would like to write about a new epilator I bought yesterday at Myer.
The Emjoi BodyBare Allegro ($80.00) This is the box unopened.
Epilating is my personal preference when it comes to removing hair from legs, arms and underarms. I feel so much more confident and comfortable with myself when I've epilated.
Love the feeling of being fuzz free.
It comes with a pouch and adapter.

The shape's concurved, so its pretty ergonomic, and it also states it's antibacterial (whatever that's supposed to mean for an epilator).

If you're an epilator user like me, you'll appreciate the 72 dual tweezers this baby has. I haven't actually had the chance to use it yet, because I epilated the other day and don't have anymore hair to epilate. I can't wait to try it out.
It's going to jet whizz through my fuzz.
It should work faster and more precise than my old one.... I bought this one approximately 5 years ago at Changi airport for S$50 back then. It's done me well, but I realised it's not as sharp as it used to be from years of wear.

For an epilator that price I can't complain. It's easy to clean and does what it's supposed to do. Ofcourse there's always the ouch factor involved, but you get used to it over time. I'll be keeping the old one for underarm use.

Fuzz free skin is not complete without skin smoothness. At beauty school I remember the teachers drilling it into the students that cellulite is a problem caused related to our diet and hereditary.
We were taught to get aggressive when it comes to cellulite. That meant physically tapping and rolling cellulite areas, eating plenty of antioxidants and less preservatives and fats. Cellulite creams are rumoured to be a hoax.
I don't have much cellulite, but I know I have got stretch marks. To combat both, I've invested in 2 things. One is Bio Oil and the other is like a skin ploughing thing.

I bought 2 from the Body Shop ($13 each) One for the shower and the other for Oil or moisturiser use. It looks like a bed of spikes, and you rub it around fatty (problem) areas, such as thighs and legs to generate circulation and mould down fatty tissue and smoothen the skin's appearance.
I reckon it's excellent. I will keep on using this as much as I can. It's a little painful at first, but you get used to it. Heheehee...

I drink white tea because it contains the most antioxidants in teas and stay away from caffiene. Lemon and honey flavour is my faourite.

This is my stash of vitamins. I'm trying to down all this everyday. The Evening Primrose to promote steadier menstrual cycles. The Spirulina for protein and energy. The fish oil for nourishment.

Eye vitamins because I get a bit blurry from the lighting at work. Gingko for memory improvement. It's great.

I have a love hate relationship with my chlorophyl. I love it because it's saved me from a lot of toxic weekends of clubbing. It's just a great internal cleanser and honestly makes you feel so much better when you know you've eaten bad things. The taste (spearmint) isn't my favourite, but if you try drinking it like a shot or watered down with juice, it's not so bad.
The other bottle is Silica (which is found in all of our connective tissue like hair, nails, skin and cartlidge). I supposed I started using this thinking it'd help with anti aging, but it tastes so bad I cringe everytime I swallow it. It has a dusty dull taste, giving you that fuzzy tongue sensation, but I did realise it helped encourage faster hair growth which I love it for.

That's all for now....
I'm going to get ready for work now.
Ciao!!!
